How to play

• Step: tap a cell next to the surveyor and choose Step. You can step up or down one layer at a time.
• Shovel: choose Shovel (or drag from the surveyor to a neighbouring cell) to throw the top slab of the ground you stand on onto that column. Heavy slabs sink to the bottom, light slabs rise to the top.
• Lever: standing on an empty cell, shovel toward a taller column — the layer that gets thrown is you, and you climb up.
• Goal: the chips at the top show the layers each marked cell must hold. Tap a chip to highlight its cell.
• Section lays every column side by side; two fingers rotate the board. Undo is always available.
• After the opening samples, each sample allows exactly as many shovels and levers as its best solution needs. Stepping is always free. There are no hints by design.

Progress

Progress is saved on your device after every move. There is no account and no cloud save; deleting the app deletes your progress.

Reporting a problem

Please include the app version (Settings → About UNDERFOOT), your device model, iOS version and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot helps. Never send passwords or payment details.
