We collect no data
UNDERFOOT does not collect, transmit or share any personal or usage data. The app has no account, no login, no server, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. It does not connect to the internet and does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.
What stays on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the app saves locally on your device: which samples you have completed and your results, your Earth Mound (daily board) results, and your settings such as sound, music, volume, language and display choices. If you choose to export an image of your strata, the image is written to the app's own folder, which you can see in the Files app. None of this leaves your device unless your own iCloud or device backup includes it, which Apple manages.
Deleting the app removes this data. Offloading the app may keep it so you can resume later.
Purchases
UNDERFOOT is a paid app with no in-app purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never receive your payment details.
Contacting us and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and use them only to reply and fix problems. We keep support messages only as long as needed to handle your request, and you can ask us to delete them. This website is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site (Cloudflare privacy policy). We add no analytics or advertising scripts to these pages.
Children
UNDERFOOT is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version changes how data is handled, this page will be updated with a new effective date before that version is released.

Chúng tôi không thu thập dữ liệu
UNDERFOOT không thu thập, không gửi đi và không chia sẻ bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân hay dữ liệu sử dụng nào. Ứng dụng không có tài khoản, không đăng nhập, không máy chủ, không phân tích, không quảng cáo, không theo dõi và không có SDK bên thứ ba. Ứng dụng không kết nối internet và không xin quyền truy cập danh bạ, ảnh, camera, micro hay vị trí.
Dữ liệu nằm trên máy của bạn
Để bạn chơi tiếp từ chỗ đã dừng, ứng dụng lưu ngay trên máy: các mẫu đã hoàn thành và kết quả, kết quả Gò Đất (bàn mỗi ngày), cùng cài đặt như âm thanh, nhạc, âm lượng, ngôn ngữ và lựa chọn hiển thị. Nếu bạn chọn xuất ảnh địa tầng, ảnh được ghi vào thư mục riêng của ứng dụng mà bạn xem được trong ứng dụng Tệp. Không dữ liệu nào rời khỏi máy, trừ khi bản sao lưu iCloud hoặc sao lưu thiết bị của chính bạn có chứa nó — phần đó do Apple quản lý.
Xoá ứng dụng sẽ xoá dữ liệu này. Gỡ bỏ ứng dụng tạm thời (offload) có thể giữ lại để bạn chơi tiếp sau.
Thanh toán
UNDERFOOT là ứng dụng trả phí, không có mua trong ứng dụng. Việc thanh toán do Apple xử lý hoàn toàn qua App Store; chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận thông tin thanh toán của bạn.
Liên hệ và trang web này
Nếu bạn gửi email, chúng tôi nhận địa chỉ email và nội dung bạn chủ động viết, chỉ dùng để trả lời và sửa lỗi. Email hỗ trợ chỉ được giữ trong thời gian cần để xử lý yêu cầu, và bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá. Trang web này do Cloudflare phân phối; Cloudflare xử lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật của yêu cầu như địa chỉ IP để phân phối và bảo vệ trang (chính sách của Cloudflare). Chúng tôi không gắn mã phân tích hay quảng cáo vào các trang này.
Trẻ em
UNDERFOOT phù hợp mọi lứa tuổi và không thu thập dữ liệu của bất kỳ ai, kể cả trẻ em.
Thay đổi
Nếu một phiên bản sau thay đổi cách xử lý dữ liệu, trang này sẽ được cập nhật kèm ngày hiệu lực mới trước khi phiên bản đó phát hành.
