Privacy policy — LEGATO for iOS

What stays on your device

LEGATO stores your settings, up to 200 run records, the current unfinished run and local leaderboard state. These include run codes, dates, scores, progression, items, a Game Center player identifier when signed in, and scores waiting to be sent. They support continuing your game, showing records and retrying score submission. We do not operate a gameplay server or receive these local files automatically.

Run progress is saved after completed actions. A new run replaces the previous unfinished run; ending a run removes its resume data once the result is saved. The game uses the device date for Daily runs. It writes a run code to the clipboard only when you choose Copy.

Apple Game Center

You can play without signing in. When Game Center is used, LEGATO sends eligible scores to Apple, associated with your Game Center account, and displays Apple's native leaderboard. Game Center visibility and account controls are managed by Apple. See Game Center & Privacy. Signing out does not delete scores already held by Apple. LEGATO has no separate user account or account password.

Advertising, tracking and purchases

The iOS app contains no advertising, third-party analytics, tracking SDK, or in-app purchases. It does not request your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location.

Support messages and this website

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate problems. Please omit passwords and sensitive account information. We retain support messages only as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. You may request deletion by email.

This website is served by Cloudflare, which processes network request information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect it. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to these support/privacy pages. Hosting and security data is handled under the hosting provider's policies; see Cloudflare's privacy policy. Apple's store and services follow their own policies.

Your choices and deletion

Use Settings to change sound, effects and language. You can remove local app data by deleting the app from iOS Settings; offloading the app may retain its data. System backups may preserve or restore local files. Manage backups and Game Center information through Apple's settings and services. Contact us for support-message deletion or questions about data under our control.

Changes

Changes to this policy appear on this page with an updated effective date. The policy describes the iOS release; future features that change data handling require an updated policy.
